100 Days to Success Workshop “Corporate Health Investment Wellness Program
This workshop is designed around the premise that the next few months are the most challenging to survive…the Holidays! Personal and professional needs and goals suffer most this time of year. Learn how to develop skills toward a better understanding of expanding personal opportunities and to identify positive motivations toward a connection with potential. Personal potential is divided into several distinct categories, each intertwining effortlessly into each other, then all merging together. The skills presented include personal physical challenges to develop self-awareness (by demonstration), integrating conscious efforts (habits) using journaling and planning, live talks about specific subjects such as meal planning, and understanding the mechanical and mental issues about food. This series is presented in 6 weekly interactive seminars at the business location, and is available to staff and their partners at no charge. There is a minimum attendance, reservation and registration required.
Physical & Fitness Assessment
The best workout is designed without guesswork, and is based on your unique body. Our comprehensive total-body assessment is a great way to reveal your physical advantages and challenges. Reaching your fitness goal requires your body parts and systems to work in unison…posture, flexibility, strength, range-of-motion, balance, kinetic chain, depth of breath and endurance. We help you discover which parts are working and the ones that aren’t. We explain how the assessment results interconnect, then discuss where to start and what to reach toward first.
Dual Trainer 60 minute Class
This innovative full-participation exercise class is a full-body workout. It is a teaching class which means that you will learn why the skills work, and how they work together to build a better program and a better you. This class is much more than group guided movement skills. It is a completely innovative approach to exercise program design because it was developed using disciplines and training practices integrated from major national certifying fitness commissions. It’s most unique feature is that this class requires no equipment or added weights, concluding that the most obvious and perfect resistance load is your own body. Two back-to-back 30 minute sessions are lead by different trainers. You meet individually with each trainer prior to participation so that your goals and challenges, whether personal or physical, are considered during participation. Your progress is tracked over time because we want you to see and feel the results of your efforts.
Our Meal Journal Program
Any endeavor toward personal health improvement can be a confusing and complex task, especially meal planning, when the goal is to improve metabolism and correct body composition. Our MJP is designed on the premise that the best initial meal plan is one that starts with the way you already eat, and what you already eat. Through journaling, you can look at your choices through a completely different lens. Week by week we consult with you about making small adjustments to get you on track and keep you there.

Get Certified
This course is an exciting guided study group which prepares you to sit for the ACE-CPT personal trainer credential national exam. Please consider the personal and professional readiness required to engage in this challenge. This course is only the beginning of a life-long endeavor to make healthy living skills available to those who are seeking a better life. An initial interview is required to qualify you for registration into this 10 week, 75-hour course. You may need additional instruction that is outside the parameters of this exam prep course to become prepared for the national exam (tutoring available). You need to plan on 12+ hours per week for class time and off-site preparation, as well as personal work-outs.
