premium one-to-one personal training
Simple, but not easy is our philosophy. Our innovative full-participation exercise class is a full-body workout with a trainer who cares about you and your goals. It is a completely new approach to exercise program design because it was developed using disciplines and training practices integrated from major national certifying fitness commissions. You meet individually with your trainer prior to participation so that your goals and challenges, whether personal or physical, are considered during participation. Your progress is tracked over time because we want you to see and feel the results of your efforts.

Location: this class meets indoors or outdoors as needed
Cost: Per 60 minute session with Coach Dean or Chris Mello
Single Full commitment: 12 sessions or more $125 each
Duo Full commitment: 12 sessions or more $155 each
Single Part-time: 1-10 sessions $145 each
Duo Part-time: 1-10 sessions $180 each
(must be used within 30 days, other conditions apply)
30, 75, and 90 minute sessions also available

- Fill out the Application & disclosure, and bring it with you to the consultation
- We will review your Application & disclosure, and discuss the Premium One-to-One Program and answer any questions about fees, availability, locations and basic goals.
- We will set up appointments for testing and assessment (both are required), and the first weeks of training
