Yoga “Outside the Box” instructed by Brandi –This is a mobile athletic  version of flow-style yoga which does not utilize a mat! Vigorous but adapted to your level. Encourages thoughtful breath, strength, range of motion & elongation. Palisades Park & Ocean Ave. (grass) Levels 1-4

Yoga “Sunset” instructed by Brandi- This is a classic flow-style yoga that goes beyond the traditional poses. This class is performed during cooler hours as the sun retires for the day over the Malibu mountains. Adjusted for all levels. No mat required. Palisades Park & Ocean Ave. (grass)

Trainer Trio instructed by Chris, Coach & Brandi- 3 trainers coordinate a variety of mixed flows, strength stations & cardio skills to “get your burn on”. This class uses timed performance goals, individual instruction and group energy. Includes foam rolling SMFR. Palisades Park & Ocean Ave. (grass) Levels 2-4

Core-Ex instructed by Coach Dean- This is the HOTTEST new program in Core training. Be the FIRST to experience this hard-hitting workout program! Uses a new band system, developed by the Laker’s physio, that uses the “proximal-distal” theory. Palisades Park & Ocean Ave. (grass) Levels 3-4

The “Stairs” instructed by Coach Dean or Chris – Try a variety of creative intervals to enhance your endurance or performance…192 stairs each way! Best with an ipod. Adelaide Ave near 4th street. (wood steps) Levels 2-4

CRX FIT instructed by Chris- This is a challenging Cross-training workout  developed by Chris utilizes agility, reaction time, speed, and coordination using no weights! Muscle Beach by the Pier in SM. (grass/sand/rubber mat) Levels 3-4

Canyon Hike-Run instructed by Coach Dean or Chris- The 4-mile trail leads up the Temescal Canyon to beautiful ocean and city vistas. Depending on group preference, we run, jog or walk or interval. Approx 60-90 min. Temescal Canyon State Park. (gradual natural terrain: 1/2 sun & 1/2 shade) Levels 1-4

CORE instructed by Coach Dean- A vigorous workout using stabilization and “rooted” skills for a much stronger body. Includes stretching and foam rolling. Level 2-4

(1=new/light, 2=mild/manageable ,3=moderate/work, 4=advanced/challenged)
