Meal PrepAny endeavor toward personal health improvement can be a confusing and complex task, especially meal planning, when the goal is to improve metabolism and correct body composition. Our MJP is designed on the premise that the best initial meal plan is one that starts with the way you already eat, and what you already eat. Through journaling, you can look at your choices through a completely different lens. Week by week we consult with you about making small adjustments to get you on track and keep you there.

Times: Initial consult meets once, then once a week for the three following weeks
Length of time: 90 minutes, then 15 minutes each (x3)
Composition: basic review of questionnaire (habits and nutrition), counseling
Level: 1-4, no experience to advance
Attendance maximum: 2 (applicant can bring a friend to observe)
Site: Anywhere indoors or out, convenient to the client
Trainers: 1
Location: Anywhere convenient to the client
Cost: $450 for the 4 session, 4 week series/ pre-paid
Required to participate: complete questionnaire and 3 days of pre-journal food history
Product: a custom-bound NV8 30-day Journal (retail $10)

Program Extension: $65 covers (3) 10 minute reviews plus a new 30-day journal.

Instead your meal plan starts with your current choices, then we modify your habits a week at a time depending on your goals…aggressive or conservative! Every week you have direct access to your trainer’s healthy advice and support.

You will learn that it is possible to change your eating habits and enjoy your favorite flavors while PERMANENTLY modifying your meal planning.

How to get started

  3. Fill out the application and bring it with you to the consultation
  4. We will review your application, discuss the Meal Journal Program and answer any questions.
  5. We will set you up on the program on your first consultation.
  6. Make successive check-up appointments for the first month.
