I believe in empowering my clients with a personal alliance to a certified training professional. My exercise philosophy is a result of my personal journey, and my practice is based on sharing the benefits of my journey in a one-to-one fitness training experience. Life is so precious that we must spend it taking advantage of everything it has to offer with the goal of having no physical limitations. Why settle for what is easily attainable, when you can reach for more physical potential with my support and encouragement?
My clients are ‘week-day’ warriors, people who want to take their physical body & mental stamina to the limit. My programs are based on major movements of the body, and incorporating multiple moves into the major move making it a unique and complex athletic skill. I can take a basic sport movement and “pour gasoline on it and put you on fire!” My exercises are not done in isolation, but rather creative progressions based on a theme. My clients like to prove to themselves that a goal can be challenging and sometimes overcome, which prepares them for the next challenge. These endurance-type skills spill over into benefits that transform and inspire on personal, non-physical levels like business and family.
