My practice is based on combining the power of knowledge and opportunity with exercise concepts to open new possibilities with the physical body. My programs are designed using components commonly integrated in Pilates, Yoga, Tae Kwon Do, strength and aerobic conditioning to name a few. I have been successful with getting results in these categories:
- Menopausal & Peri-Menopausal exercise programs to alleviate chronic health symptoms
- Low energy and fatigue programs to re-start metabolism for men and women (requires testing)
- Success with MS (multiple schlorosis), CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome), FM (fibromyalgia), SLE (Lupus)
- Upper-body & lower-body strengthening without bulking-up for women
- Bone health for osteopenia and osteoporosis using axial loading & applied force vectors
- Post PT & Post-OP joint strength, muscle-loss and range-of-motion
- Joint mobility & flexibility of back, hip, knee and ankle even if you have some joint discomfort
- Success with “frozen” shoulder, “hammer toes”, “flat feet”, arthritis of the hands
- Mid-section toning using a compression technique
- Meal plans, menus and recipes that fit certain taste-buds, budgets and goals
- Increasing muscle mass and endurance for men and women
