What makes this innovative?

Unfortunately, a great deal of fitness and sports conditioning, especially by the average person, is attempted to be performed in single planes under artificially stabilized conditions. The seated leg extension is an example of this: performed on a leg-extension machine (where the client is seated and flexed at the hip) stabilized by griping the handles.

You can probably think of hundreds of these exercises that attempt to “isolate” movements. Many early exercise machines were designed upon the principle of imitating human joint movement designed from a cadaver, one joint at a time (based on their observations of articulating corpse limbs). Seats, straps, guards, and cams were designed to replace the need to use self-stabilization and self-control of movement. Bars, fixed grips and range limiters were designed to mimic and direct a specific path of motion.

Core-X SystemAll of the features limit the accountability of the performer tostabilize his/her body. Further, these machines demand distal muscles to engage and drive the action (the opposite of the CORE X System theory). The CORE X SYSTEM is designed to ADD the component of rotational patterns, multiple angles and multiple planes back into training programs. It is very important to note that torsion – load – shear ALL occur in every exercise movement simultaneously when using the CORE X System, and in natural human movement, as in sports.

What will I learn from this?

You will finally learn the power of the true core! This training strategy utilizes ALL of the core muscles (by the way, abdominal muscles are NOT core muscles!) to maximize your desire to get lean, but also demands so much from the entire musculature that it has dramatic fat-burning/ aerobic & anaerobic qualities as well. You will learn to exercise more efficiently using a massive amount of your muscles ALL AT ONCE using smaller, impact-less movements. You will learn how to transform your body using TRUE functional fitness skills in a fun and new way! Anyone can benefit 27-72 years old.
