Learn how personal trainers create exercise programs using personal health history along with a diversity of healthy goals to create a functional fitness plan that really works. This is an 8-week “short and sweet semester” of adult fitness education. At the completion of this course you will be in a much better position to make choices about which kinds of skills and activities are right for you to reach your personal goals. Expect to be impressed by the completeness and professional format of this course, and expect to sweat a lot too!

Times: this class meets once per week.
Length of time: 90 minutes each (x8)
Composition: basic exercise, meal journal, nutrition, homework, elife-line
Level: 1 -- little to no experience
Attendance maximum: 10-12
Site: Outdoors, will occasionally meet at BodyFirst

Location: this class meets on the green near Palisades Ave and Ocean Ave, near the rose garden
Cost: $600 for the 8 session, 8 week series/ pre-paid
