We are teaching trainers which means that our clients will learn ‘how and why’ certain movements can cause positive physical adaptation. This approach is much more than guided instruction because it allows for the client to learn about the intended skill and how the skills work together to build the best program for the client.
We are offering a completely innovative approach to exercise program design. Our program theory was developed using disciples, concepts and training practices from major certifying commissions. Then we introduced components based on Yoga and Pilates. The result is a culmination which promotes positive physical adaptation in a complete and whole way, rather than to approach only fat-loss as a single disconnected goal. Uniquely, our programs do not require a gym membership, weights, machines or cardio equipment.

We train outdoors and take advantage of the prime location that we live…by the Pacific Ocean in sunny Santa Monica under the swaying palm trees. Sunshine alone has profound positive effects on health, not to mention getting some fresh air.
